Antonio Caballero Cortés is the one who knows very well this region, owner of this agency, who came from his natal town, Vallenar, to live in San Pedro de Atacama 17 years ago. In his beginnings, he worked at the sulfur mines, till the production of this mineral decrease because of the discovery of new technologies. He did this work during 10 years, where he dedicated as autodidactic, to the study of geology and ethnohistory of the zone. Five years ago with his wife Elizabeth Cruz, who is tourism bachelor and belongs to the Atacamenian Ethnia, he create Terra Extreme agency.

This family enterprise is distinguish for their findness and excellent treatment, the good prices to all the regular tours that the agency do in the area, and for knowing places not too much visited of the region. The precedent been able to offer exclusive tours, where he share his knowledge about native cultures of this land and it environment.
