Located between Juriques Volcano and Chajnantor Hill, Toco Hill
offer us the posibility to do altitude trekking and to enjoy
magnificent landscapes. This mountain of a soft pending and
a hard surface, is excellent for people who love nature without
mountaining experience and for whom with experience that recquired
altitude acclimation to reach peaks of 6000 meters and more.
The camp base is located at 60 km from San
Pedro de Atacama, at an altitude of 5100 m.o.s.l.You can
get to it by car taking the chance of a road that goes to
a sulphur old mine called Purico.
